Ingredients (Serve 2 people) :
Directions:
- Poke chicken from skin side with a fork.
- Mix miso paste, soy sauce, sake, milin, sugar, garlic, and ginger together.
- Put chicken and sauce mixture in a ziploc type plastic bag and place in the fridge for at least a half day.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the skin side of the chicken on medium heat until the skin become crispy.
- Turn the chicken over to fry the other side on low heat.
- Cover the pan and cook the chicken on low heat until dchicken is fully cooked.
- Slice the chicken and serve with your choice of vegetable on a plate.
